Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from pet hair, smoke, or makeup stains.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our coven receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
